Attorney Virginia Gaburo has been handling employment cases for the past 20 years. She lectures at California State Bar-approved continuing legal education programs for lawyers, and at conventions, seminars and meetings for non-lawyers, in the field of employment law. Topics included are wage and hour law, employee contracts, non-compete and confidentiality agreements, and the elimination of bias in the workplace.

She has served as Chair of the Labor Law Legislation Subcommittee of the San Diego County Bar Association for several years and has served as the labor and employment law floor leader for the San Diego Delegation to the Conference of Delegates of California Bar Associations.
